Privacy Notice
Which details the enquiry form records, for what purpose, and for how long they are retained.

Very little personal information passes through vanuatucbiprogram.com; this notice lists it, explains its use and states the retention period.
Data collected
The form records name, email address, phone number and your message, exactly as you enter them. Questions about the CBI programme never require you to supply passport scans, financial statements or other files through this site.
How it is used
We use what you send to respond, and for nothing else. There is no profiling and no sale of contact data; a third party is involved only when you ask for it and your question cannot be dealt with otherwise.
Storage period
Correspondence is retained while it is ongoing and for a reasonable period after it closes; it is then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Site statistics
Usage figures are collected anonymously (which pages, which countries, which device types) and are reported only as totals. They are kept apart from any enquiry you submit.
Sensitive material
We advise against sending passport information, bank statements or comparable records through any online form, ours included. Use a protected channel agreed with your adviser instead.
General questions on how the programme rules work can be put without any personal details, which is how we would prefer to receive them.
